15 Can you communicate with others using telepathy?

I’ve just read a quite interesting article about it, which said that, on the one hand, there are genuine connections among people that are nit controlled by ordinary senses. There was also a scientific experiment, where participants had to guess who was on the phone, and – to my astonishment – there was a 42% success rate. On the other hand, others claim that a lot of so-called telepathy is, in fact, just chance. The fact is, people have selective memories and, as a consequence, they more easily recall weird coincidences and tend to forget the times when they didn’t work out.
