In our large, urban centres it is
easy just to keep your head down. The majority of us avoid making contact,
there is a social barriers that stops people even talking to the others. The phenomenon
of hit-and-run is obvious for everybody but hit-and-run kindness is a
relatively new concept. A journalist founded this movement and it
started growing globally. It's easy to do - just go up the someone with confidence
and give them something, like a drink, and just walk away without offering an
explanation. If you do this once a week you sign the so-called 'Good Friday
Agreement'. It doesn't require any special skills just kindness and
caring.
